Exterior Grids: I made this picture based on the rule of thirds. I specifically placed all the objects in the positions they are to balance the composition of this picture.
Interior Grids: When i took this picture i had the lines drawn on it in my mind. I made the people in the picture and the objects stay in the positions they are in to make the picture as dynamic as it is.
